Betty Kelsall, 85, of Orion died Saturday, Dec. 24, 2011, at Heartland Health Care, Moline.
The funeral was conducted Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Orion. A visitation was conducted one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial was at Lutheran Cemetery, Orion.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or The Alzheimer’s Association.

Betty was born on Dec. 29, 1925, in Moline, the daugter of Dallas and Inez (Swanson) Bergstrom. She married Charles Dean Kelsall on Sept. 30, 1944, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Orion. He preceded her in death on Jan. 17, 2006.
She and her husband were the owners and operators of the Dairy K in Orion for 28 years.
She was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and helped out with funeral luncheons. She was a member of WELCA, visited shut-ins, and assisted the Orion Food Pantry workers.
She is survived by her sons, Darrell (Nora) Kelsall of Coal Valley and Dennis (Margie) Kelsall of Burnsville, Minn.; sister, Dorothy Hamann of Burlington, Iowa; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Jeff Kelsall; sister, Vivian Boberg; and brother, Joseph Bergstrom.
