Ruth Rossi Clayman, formerly of Henderson, Nev., and Orion, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2011 at Hope Creek Care Center, East Moline. She was a breast cancer survivor of 20 years.
Betty Kelsall, 85, of Orion died Saturday, Dec. 24, 2011, at Heartland Health Care, Moline.
The funeral was conducted Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Orion. A visitation was conducted one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial was at Lutheran Cemetery, Orion.

Ralph Craig Crippen, age 66, of Estero, Fla., formerly of Moline, died Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at Physicians Regional Medical Center in Naples, Fla.
The funeral was conducted on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011, at Kirk, Huggins & Esterdahl Funeral Home, Ltd., Orion. Visitation was held on Wednesday, Dec. 28, at the funeral home.

Robert “Rob” W. Anderson, 40, of Orion passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Dec. 13, 2011, at Trinity Rock Island.
A Mass of Christian burial, liturgy service and visitation were conducted at Mary Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Orion. Burial was at Western Township Cemetery.

Services for Maravene Elda (Johnson) Radford, age 91, are planned for the spring in Illinois. She died Wednesday, Dec. 14, at home in Sun City, Ariz.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, for Kenneth L. Wongstrom, 97, of Hopewell, formerly of Geneseo, who died Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria.

Roger D. Underwood, 68, of Andover died Friday, Nov. 11, 2011 at home. The funeral was held on Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 10 a.m. at Augustana Lutheran Church in Andover. Visitation was held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at Kirk, Huggins and Esterdahl Funeral Home, Orion. Phyllis J. Johnson, age 61, of Andover died Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011 at her residence after an eight-year courageous battle with breast cancer. Memorial services were held Thursday, Oct. 27, at Augustana Lutheran Church in Andover. Visitation was held Wednesday, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the church. Burial of remains was at Andover Cemetery. Dr. J. Wayne Rehn, 74, of Alpha died Sunday Oct. 9, 2011, at Cottage Hospital in Galesburg. Cremation has been accorded and a celebration of life service was at 11 a.m. Tuesday Oct. 11, at Bethany Lutheran Church in Woodhull. Burial was in the Andover Cemetery where military services will be conducted. Visitation was Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Peterson Wallin Knox Funeral Home in Alpha, where memorials may be left to Bethany Lutheran Church, University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine Scholarship fund, Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy or to a favorite charity.
James E. Pauletti, 77, of Orion died peacefully Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011, at his home.
Memorial Mass was held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, at Mary Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Orion, with a visitation one hour prior to services. Graveside services were conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Western Township Cemetery, rural Orion.

Karen Ann Zurn, 74, of Coal Valley died on Sept. 21, 2011 after a brave three-year battle with pancreatic cancer, at her residence. Eleanor “Ellie” DeMay, 73, of Orion died Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, at Trinity Pathway Hospice, Bettendorf. A memorial Mass celebrating her life was conducted Saturday, Sept. 10, at Mary Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, Orion, with a visitation held from 9 to 11 a.m. prior to the mass. Zoe B. Stamer, 6, of Orion, daughter of Trenton and Kate (DeVolder) Stamer, died Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, in the arms of her mom and dad, from complications of leukemia.
She was the strongest girl who went into the fight of her life swinging. Sadly, she did not win.
Visitation was held Tuesday, Sept. 6, at Kirk, Huggins and Esterdahl Funeral Home Ltd., Orion.
