Clayton L. Larson, 83, of Red Wing, Minn., died Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2009, at his home.
Private services were held.

He was born Oct. 11, 1925, in Swedona to Carl and Nina (Francine) Larson. On June 1, 1949, he was married to Rose Crady.
Clayton graduated from Worsham College of Mortuary Science.
He and his wife owned and operated Larson Funeral Home for 33 years in Abingdon, where he also ran the ambulance service in the area.
He was a member of First Covenant Church in Red Wing.
Survivors (and spouses) include his wife, Rose; three sons, Larry (Laureen), Scott, and Bradley P. Larson; grandchildren, Sara Larson, Elizabeth Tapper, Amanda Larson, Bradley J. (Jerilyn) Larson, and Thomas Larson; great-grandchildren, Autumn and Alexis Larson; brother, Richard Larson; and sister, Helen Peterson.
He preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Robert and Donald Larson.
