Sometimes you meet a person in your life who truly shows that he believes in being a servant for the people. A person who has dedicated his life to justice and really believes that our government is there for the people and not against the people.
Too many politicians are there for themselves and the only change they want is to make their life better. However, there are a few who will sacrifice to serve their country and community.
I met such a person several years ago. His name is Mike Wassell. He grew up poor and was driven to make good, to improve his quality of life for himself and his family.
He achieved those goals and now is driven to better your life, too. His personal values, strengths and experience in life, war and peace have prepared him for this job.
The drive and courage to fulfill a dream in spite of all the obstacles, to achieve, to get things done — those are the qualities of Mike.
I want someone like Mike Wassell, and I will be voting for him to be our State’s Attorney, and if you care about Henry County, you will, too.
