Orion scored in six events at the Spartan Invitational for boys track teams on Monday, May 17, in Bushnell.
Charger Nathan Walter ran to fourth place in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.12 seconds.
He placed seventh two events. Walter finished the 100 in 11.66 seconds, and he cleared 5 feet, 6 inches, in the high jump.
Greg Hartsfield clocked 12:28 for seventh place in the 3200 run.
Also scoring for Orion were Austin Anderson, who completed the 400 dash in 57.42 seconds, and the 800 relay team, which finished in 1:42.96.
Names of relay runners were not included in meet results.
Chargers in the meet included Taylor Peterson, 12.61 in the 100; Ben VanDuyne, 2:39.45 in the 800; Matt McVietty, 5:19.65, and Dylan Bridgewater, 6:03.65, in the 1600.
Hurdlers included Bridgewater, 20.80 in the 110, and Kyle Conway, 47.77 in the 300.
The 400 relay had a time of 48.04 seconds, while the 800 clocked 10:05.31 and the 1600, 4:05.73.
In the triple jump, Anderson reached 34-10 1/2 and Cory Stiles, 33-11.
Dylan Schultz landed at 17-1 in the long jump, and Stiles, 15-6 1/2.
Schultz tossed the discus 91-8. Jon Nicholson heaved the shot put 27-3 and spun the discus 73-3.
Bushnell-Prairie City topped the 14-team field with 101 points. Macomb was second at 89, followed by Ridgewood, 68.75; Glasford Illini Bluffs, 67; Camp Point Central, 66.75; ROWVA, 66; Galva, 49; Biggsville West Central, 48; Alexis United, 44; Liberty, 29; Astoria, 23; Orion, 11.75; and Cuba, 6.75.
